Our investigation is motivated essentially by the demonstrated applications of the basic (or q-) series and basic (or q-) polynomials, especially the basic (or q-) hypergeometric functions and basic (or q-) hypergeometric polynomials, in many diverse areas. Here, in this paper, we use two q-operators T(a, b, c, d, e, yDx) and E(a, b, c, d, e, yθx) to derive two potentially useful generalizations of the q-binomial theorem, a set of two extensions of the q-Chu-Vandermonde summation formula and two new generalizations of the Andrews-Askey integral by means of the q-difference equations. We also briefly describe relevant connections of various special cases and consequences of our main results with a number of known results....
In this paper, inspired by the multiplicative generators of overlap functions, we mainly propose the concepts of multiplicative generator pairs of n-dimensional overlap functions, in order to extend the dimensionality of overlap functions from 2 to n. We present the condition under which the pair (g, h) can multiplicatively generate an n-dimensional overlap function g,h O . we focus on the homogeneity and idempotency property on multiplicatively generated n-dimensional overlap functions....
In this paper, we discuss the exact regional controllability of fractional evolution equations involving Riemann–Liouville fractional derivative of order q ∈ ]0, 1[. The result is obtained with the help of the theory of fractional calculus, semigroup theory, and Banach fixed-point theorem under several assumptions on the corresponding linear system and the nonlinear term. Finally, some numerical simulations are given to illustrate the obtained result....
The initial boundary value problems for a class of high order Kirchhoff type equations with nonlinear strongly damped terms are considered. We establish the existence and uniqueness of the global solution of the problem by using prior estimates and Galerkin’s method under proper assumptions for the rigid term. Then the compact method is used to prove the existence of a compact family of global attractors in the solution semigroup generated by the problem. Finally, the Frechet differentiability of the operator semigroup and the decay of the volume element of linearization problem are proved, and the Hausdorff dimension and Fractal dimension of the family of global attractors are obtained....
In order to research analysis properties of fractal interpolation function generated by the iterated function system defined by affine transformation, the continuity of fractal interpolation function is proved by the continuous definition of function and the uniform continuity of fractal interpolation function is proved by the definition of uniform continuity and compactness theorem of sequence of numbers or finite covering theorem in this paper. The result shows that the fractal interpolation function is uniformly continuous in a closed interval which is from the abscissa of the first interpolation point to that of the last one....
